(Ti Lancio dal Portogallo) Lisbona 17 febbraio 2025 – Il governo portoghese è pronto a dare il via alla privatizzazione di Tap Air Portugal. Operazione che dovrebbe iniziare ad attuarsi nel mese di marzo 2025, con la cessione del 49% del capitale della compagnia aerea, per essere completata entro fine anno o al massimo entro i primi mesi del 2026.
Manifestazioni di interesse sono state espresse da Lufthansa, Air France-Klm e Gruppo Iag, che puntano a rafforzare la propria presenza sul mercato sudamericano, dove Tap dispone di un network consolidato.
